- Action-e-mail from "us": e-mail with call to action button (CTA). use when the email is specifically from our system; where we are the identifiable sender
- Information-e-mail from us – barebone: same as above, but this is purely when the email is informational, with no buttons or call to action
- E-mail on behalf of customer – barebone (with CTA): when customer has triggered an e-mail from "them" via our system
- E-mail on behalf of customer – with logo (with CTA): when customer has triggered an e-mail from "them" via our system
